The project is about to be published, and English makes it usable by a
much wider audience. Docs, script messages, config comments, quadlets
and the Caddy snippet names are all translated. docs/modeles.md becomes
docs/models.md and links are updated.

Commands, install paths (ia-locale), container names and the "ia"
browser username are unchanged, so existing installs keep working.

The audience is now English-speaking. Gemma 4 and Qwen3-VL are trained
mostly on English and handle it well.
